Note that a drone is an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) not a USV.

I imagine electronic warfare based methods will be the method of choice in the battlefield. Physical approach is unwise or dangerous, the wireless communication protocol will certainly be encrypted and such. There are directed energy weapons that could in theory manipulated voltage or currents in precise places on the electronics to take control. Of course these days what is publicly known is jamming methods, both for electronics and communication. But takeover would be certainly more advantageous
