Sad news!
"We will make efforts to contact his family in order to obtain the source code of Syser Debugger and open it. It was his agreement to make the source code available..."
It's not a easy task to ask the family to get them..

It's not a easy task to ask the family to get them..
This is sad news. Give some time for the family to grieve first. Then the asking can be done... Sometimes the family may throw away or donate much of the deceased person's items as a form of closure. So it is also important to give them a quick hint not to do so until the sources are shared.
