Are you sure it freezes? what do you mean by freeze? Does windows say the program has stopped responding?

Downloads manifests. Then gets stuck at this screen:

All this while with 100% CPU usage. Unresponsive to Ctrl-Alt-Del.
After around 10 minutes this error pops up:

Same for other options selected.

I don't really need this. I am just reporting that this does not work as expected.
