Why ARX file run code often change!

in hex file and Debug file no same, use OD can see one style, TR see another Style ,wdasm see other style , no same code .
some body can tell me why.

Different engines - different result. What more can i say?

but which Debug software can see the same code in hex and Debug code.
i use Softice and TR can see same code , but I cant find the code in .arx
file. Engneer not same can make no same result . perhaps say asm code , can it change hex code?
because file a lot , not one ,two ..... file patch to resolve problem .
