hmm
currently softice is set to load "Manual" but i've tried all the other ways and i get the same message, im using Win2k3 no service pack.

pigman, is it ok if i disable it ? i mean, no problem with other things on the system?

disablin crcdisk and setting softice load mode to system works fine now, thank you all
