I am not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I have attached a document describing the algorithm(s) for MS CD-Keys.

Pure genius...although there are easier ways...this is certaintly a very "comprehsnive" approach to it.

Oh, I might add that a working keygen for WinXP Pro, WinXP Pro VLK, Win2k3 VLK, and Office XP accompanied the document I posted above. So it's not all just theory -- it has verifiably been put into practice.

exactly what i was thinking when i read the document.
it seems the document is incomplete, since the discussion stopped abruptly. any chance you still have the complete "unmodified" version?

No, I'm sorry, that is the complete document that came with the keygen I downloaded.
The keygen is named similarly to the document I posted, so maybe if one were able to find another copy of that keygen, it would have the full version of the document packaged with it? Regards
