Question File: *.htz ? (how to open it)

I have one file "orcv.zip" from hxxp://66.98.132.48/krobar/collections/orcv.zip . Inside is tutorial . In the zip archive is file "orc.htz" and i don't know how to open it . First 4 bytes are "SPIS" (53 50 49 53 in hex) . I have already looked at hxxp://filext.com/detaillist.php?extdetail=HTZ , there it said it is renamed ZIP archive but it's not . Why ? Zip archive has at the begining of the file magic signature "PK" (50 4B in hex) and this one has not , so in is not renamed zip .

Thanks

Code:
HTZ - Fichiers HTML de W98
That's what google answered upon my search-request. If it should be a tutorial, this is probably the right translation.

Sorry to chime in late on this. The orc tutorial needs to be opened in the alpha-1 viewer. You can get it at hxxp://66.98.132.48/krobar/collections/viewer.zip
