Is it possible to make hasp emulator that cant be dumped with any dump tools?

If i understand your question correctly, i think the answer is most definetely no, or in best case scenario yes - but just for short time, as every anti-dumping technique is reversable.. its just the question of interest.

If you are looking for anti-dumping sources for your tool - it might be a good idea to write what programing language you are coding in. I think i got few samples somewhere for Delphi and maybe asm also. PM' me if you need me look for it.
