lol, he is right. the guy is not explicitly saying he is the author, but when he says:

today i will show you how to enable buttons in delphi programs

and then says:

special thank for Code Cracker for his crackme

you get the feeling he is the author. why else would he give credits to the writer of the crackme but not to the writer of the tutorial himself!?

Shockwave, next time display your name in the end of tutorial. I know it is not going to stop loosers from stealing but it won't also be just a matter of repacking and publishing it without giving you any credit.
