sorry I don't understand rule 3.
If you intend price as selling cost, I am afraid that higher is the price and more are the crackers involved in unprotecting process
If you intend price as value or worth, I am afraid that higher is the price and more are the hackers interested in it...
What do you think?

what i mean by point 3 is that you costumers should be afraid of LEAK or from thinking to share it or what ever propourse
