Question Does anybody know "Chris & Rich Williams" who are actually Turbo Debugger's authors
When I debug Turbo Debugger 3.1 to fix its bugs in recent days, I accidently
found that TD's About menu hides its authors deliberately because these
names do hold a line yet contain a hidden attribute.

So, does anybody know these terrific guys? I could not find any info concerned
with them from wiki or gemini.

Have you checked the book Mastering Turbo Debugger by Tom Swan available here

In the acknowledgement is mentioned "To Turbo Debugger's developers at Purart, especially Chris Williams: Thanks for an excellent debugger". So maybe Purart is a good lead
