Yes, I find it hard to receive reputation as well, so downloading anything from here can be difficult for any beginner, but most tools can be found elsewhere anyway, and there are still many text resources here as well to sharpen the skills. This forum is still A+ to me.

True but difficulty to get thanks even if you post good stuff. The reason is because FRIEND above status are stingy to click thanks button.

I don't think your status matter.Try making your own tutorials and own tools, then you rep will follow.
Why should we give rep to anyone that was copy pasted from elsewhere.
Not sure what others are giving rep for, but if author made effort himself i have no problem giving rep +.On the other hand why should i give anyone rep for just posting some else s efforts.
