NetBox:
run framework assemblies without installing .NET framework. NetBox35SP1_old: http://www63.zippyshare.com/v/jlJSJLnt/file.html NetBox35SP1: http://www2.zippyshare.com/v/lbmGxZ13/file.html NetBox40_old: http://www2.zippyshare.com/v/bK9pb5IM/file.html I know that NetBox40_old fails to load framework 2.0, this is because I had Framework 3.5.1 installed before installing 4.0 and got captured wrong info, framework 4.0 assemblies are loaded ok. Will post a new fixed version and more NetBox soon.

For the above NetBox 3.5 SP1 and 4.0 all OS are supported
- including old one like Windows XP. For Framework 4.5 (which I didn't made yet) is a problem with Windows XP!

If I run it nothing happens.

Seems that NetBox is not compatible with x64 versions of Windows.

You can check the above links for NetBox35SP1_Win8.
Although there is no way to make it run under Windows 10.
