First at all, I like to say: Thanks you very much, omidgl. I have searched this book for a long time (above 1 year).
But at this morning, I could not download the book and the CD. It seem the guys at volynkin had denied access to the Files folder. Can you put them to the FTP. I think we have many member are searching this book.
