Its interface is better than softice, but... can not beat OllyDbg as well as its excellent capabilities.

And unfortunately, its HELP is chinese too !

Nice debugger, I think that if it allows access to memory data windows and edition like SoftICE, it can be far better than SoftICE.

About tests:

Laptop P4 NON-HT: [Kernel_debugger] It works fine, except the mouse which is stopped

AMD64 (winXP 32bits SP2): [Kernel_debugger] After being in the debugger window for a few seconds without doing anything, my system crashes with a BSOD in syser.sys

I've just downloaded this debugger...
But already the setup.exe is in chinese and I can't read anything.

Since just having changed from SoftICE to OllyDbg, anyhow I have to learn enough.
Think I could try out once more, if the program and help is in english.
