As you mentioned VID/PID did indeed help me know the firmware and flash it by ChipEasy v1.5. Problem solved thank you very much.

i have one more question , you seem to have some experience in this field suppose that i did have a dongle and wanted to crack it , what are basic recons and analysis i should do and how can i proceed . (just for curiosity)
